Striper trip for my son’s birthday and man did we slay. Josh had everything rigged and ready with a plan to get after it. We limited out in 2hrs. His knowledge of the lake was bested only by his friendly and fun demeanor. we had a great time and will definitely book with him again.

Me and my 70 year old parents went stripper fishing on Lake Murray with Josh. We had the time of our lives and will be back in July if the good lord is willing. Great memories.

Fish weren't biting as we'd hoped, but we still did far better than we could have on our own. The captain was pleasant and professional. The boat and tackle was all in great shape.  It was a beautiful day on the lake and we would definitely use this guide service again.

Had a great time with Captain Josh. Not only does he put you on fish he shares his time with you like he has known you all your life. It was my honor to share this time with him. 
The bite slowed and he explained why we should move in detail to give us the opportunity to catch more fish. Our whole group really enjoyed the trip and I am sure they will be talking about it until our next time.

After almost 30 years of experience, Capt Josh has learned what it takes to help you catch fish. He knows all the considerations that are required to determine when,where,and how to fish for a successful trip. If you want to book a trip for striper fishing on Lake Murray, you need to go with Capt. Josh if you want the best chance of being successful! My sons,grandsons, and I had a great trip with Capt. Josh and highly recommend him. He's the best!

This fishing trip with Captain Josh was a birthday gift for 3 guys in our family. It was an incredible experience! Got more than was ever expected. 28 stripe bass from Lake Murray with 9 keepers. Couldn’t been more perfect. Will definitely book another trip with Palmetto and Captain Josh. This was the adventure of a lifetime for these fellows. Ten stars out of five for excellence.

Great day of fishing on Lake Murray!

We had a fantastic day fishing Lake Murray with Captain Josh. The boat was perfect for lake fishing and we had great success....catching ~24 strippers!  His knew exactly where to take us on the lake and when the fish would be eating.  His friendly personality and great music made to an fun ride even when we were just boating out and in. We will definitely been charting with him again and would recommend Captain Josh to all who want to fish Lake Murray.
