Fishing in Sheboygan in January is all about the weather conditions. It could be warm enough to go fishing for Steelhead the conventional way, or cold enough to try a little bit of ice fishing!

If the waters of Lake Michigan are frozen, you can try ice fishing around its harbors and inshore waters. The Sheboygan Marina is a great starting point. You can hook a nice number of Northern Pike through the ice.

Head to one of Sheboygan's many piers and take part in some shore fishing. Jumbo Yellow Perch are a popular catch during this month. Reel in your first spring catch!

Brown Trout are biting right now! Lake Michigan's waters are getting warm and are ready to produce good numbers of Coho Salmon, Chinook Salmon, and various types of Trout.

Head to Lake Michigan in May for excellent Salmon and Trout fishing action. You can also stay close to shore and fish for Whitefish. These species are delicious and seriously fun to catch!

Summer has truly arrived and the fishing action is getting hot. You can chase acrobatic Steelhead or go for Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Lake Trout, and Brown Trout.&nbsp;

Mid-summer fishing allows you to get your hands on anything from Lake Trout to Coho Salmon, Chinook Salmon, Brown Trout, and Steelhead. The angling action is extremely hot right now!

The majority of Sheboygan's Trout and Salmon populations hang out in deeper waters this time of year. Before they head to the spawning grounds, you can hop on board a Lake Michigan charter to catch your limits.
