After having to reschedule 3 times due to unfavorable weather conditions, We found a clear day. Captain Dan and David ensured we had a great time. Daniel was very Knowledgeable about the local fish Species and when to fish for them. He also suggested excellent ways to cook them.  We didn’t catch and harvest the fish species we wanted due to season restrictions but landed plenty of keepers. I would definitely recommend Southern Saltwater Adventures.

Our trip was postponed on the 20th due to weather. We went out today, and it was worth the wait! The guys put us on fish and were a tremendous help to the rookies in our group. I can’t wait to get out for a longer trip next time. I highly recommend them. Great job, guys.

Daniel was great and he did everything he could to put us on the fish. The tide was higher than normal because of the previous night’s rain so it took longer to recede. Daniel postponed our departure time by two hours because of the tide.
The wind was also tough and was sustained at 19 mph.
We were at the right place at the right time but the weather conditions won out that day.
No regrets, and would go out again with Daniel anytime.
He was so helpful,patient and knowledgeable .
I would recommend this Charter and look forward to scheduling another outing in the future.

First time fishing in Tybee for me and First time fishing saltwater for my daughter and granddaughter.  Captain put us on some big Bull Reds. My 11yrold daughter and10yr old granddaughter had a blast and the captain added to their fun by playing in the river on way back to the dock and and answering all their questions that he could. I am already planning a trip with some of my lodge brothers to Tybee and and we will be planning our trip based on Southern Saltwater Adventures availability.

I brought my pregnant wife, almost 2 year old daughter, and a family friend. We had a slow morning ing and not much was biting, but we’re able to catch a few.  My wife mentioned looking for dolphins, and we spent the last couple hours chasing dolphins and getting a private dolphin tour. My wife and family friend couldn’t believe how many dolphins we saw and how close they got to the boat. Daniel was very knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to everyone.
