  Outstanding Capt & Charter

  Half day 6 hours trip on October 7, 2023 • 2 adults

  From the start of the day to the end, Capt Cortez was phenomenal! During our charter, we had some unexpected windy - windy conditions and you could tell Capt Cortez was a master of his domain behind the wheel of his boat. He was able to keep us in perfect positions to catch fish and safe in the rapidly moving water. As a bonus we saw the compassion of the Capt as he was able to help a couple jet-skiers who fell off and were separated from their party. With their jet-ski moving farther away, we scooped one up, while another boat picked up the other and reunited them with their vessel. Surely this could’ve ended badly if not for quick thinking of Capt Cortez and others like him. No doubt we will be booking again with Capt Cortez in the new year to catch those monster Redfish and Black Drum. Thanks again for the great time & great conversation!

  Half day trip with Captain Cortez

  Here’s to anyone looking to take home some fish..I booked Captain Cortez again due to an awsome first time trip. Well what can I say Captain Cortez did it again. With out hesitation He put us on some big reds and drum.. Man I could not believe this.. I was so happy and pleased on how Awsome his trips have been. I will continue to book him as well as anyone should, trust me you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Captain you are the man….

  Tough Day Pays Off

  Half day 6 hours trip on March 12, 2023 • 2 adults

  From start to finish Capt B made our trip memorable and exciting. The tackle was perfect and provided worry free casting and retrieval. Capt B had some tried and true tricks that put us on the fish. Usually an unsuspected North wind shift would kill the trip, on the contrary, Capt B re-racked and put us right back on the fish. Finishing up, there is a fish cleaning service back at Marker 37 dock that made quick work of the fish cleaning. Thank you B

  Had a GREAT TIME!

  Took my son and my grandson out with Captain Cortez. His communication was great. He was very friendly, very patient. He is engaged with everyone. Though we got off to a slow start he kept everyone engaged. We ended up with some good fish in the boat. Then Captain Cortez recommended a good place to cook it. Most importantly he made sure my Son and Grandson had a good time. We will definitely be back !!!
