I can’t say enough good things about our fishing experience! Captain Matt was fantastic and tried to get us on fish the entire time. We moved around to several spots and caught all types of fish including 2 bonnethead sharks and a blacktip shark! We had a 3 year old little guy with us and he got to catch our bait shrimp and play with the bait crabs! We caught enough fish to have a fish fry later that evening! Thank you so much!! We had a blast and will definitely book again!!

It was a cold day but Matt took care of us and brought us to the fish!  There were 3 of us including my 13 year old son and even though it was cold, Matt took us to the Reds.  It’s nice when every person catches fish on the boat.  Matt was in constant communication with us prior to the trip and we worked through a better time to start due to tides.  He was pleasant to talk to and he knows the backwaters to find the spots.  He even kept us out longer because there was a bull red we were trying to hook up with which just shows his enthusiasm and love for what he does.  Overall I would recommend him and do this again.  Thanks Matt!

This was one of the most memorable fishing trips I’ve had in Charleston and I’ve gone out quite a bit. Captain Matt was attentive and made sure that we had a great time while catching fish. Will be booking again with him; no doubt!

I took my daughter and my son, both of whom had never been out on a boat fishing like that.  They had a great time!  Caught a few Reds in the slot and caught several over slot.  My daughter caught the biggest one measuring at 30.5 inches.  Matt was did a great job finding fish.  He was fun and good with the kids.  I recommend giving him a shot if you’re looking.  I will book him for my next trip.

Matt is great. He brought us to several spots to find different species. I had a fish in the boat in less than 5 minutes. We kept just enough for a family dinner and he filleted them for us with cooking tips. I highly recommend Matt and his team, I will be booking again next time we head to Charleston.
