I starting writing this review with my 8 year old son and he began filling in.  That is the subject. If you’re relatively inexperienced with children I couldn’t recommend Captain Doug enough. He’s polite, extremely patient and talented. I took my 3 young boys for a half day and have never been out in a charter and he treated them they were his sons.  Very impressive guy and you could tell he just loved what he does.  We really enjoyed our experience, he was so kind and knowledgeable. Doug never once said time is almost up, in fact he took us for an extra hour without even bringing it up.  Be sure to ask Doug to be your captain on your next fishing experience you will not be disappointed.

Captain Doug and his Jewel of the Sea gave us all we could hope for during our 4 hour charter. His passion and knowledge of fishing put us right on fish immediately. He kept our hooks baited and showed us 4 productive spots. We brought home a mess of fillets ready for some breading.

We had an awesome time.  Captain Doug was so great with the kids.  We caught Spotted Seatrout, Spanish Mackerel, Cat fish, Tope shark, Bluefish, lady fish, flounder.  Captain was ethical.  We enjoyed it so much we’re going back out tomorrow.
