The crew was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the start. They were especially patient and kind with our family, including our two young sons, making sure everyone felt comfortable and involved throughout the trip.

What really stood out was their expertise — they knew exactly where to go to find the fish. In less than four hours, we caught over two dozen fish, including a massive wahoo that made the day unforgettable. The boat was clean, well-equipped, and the whole trip was run smoothly and professionally.

Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a memorable fishing adventure with a top-notch crew! We’ll definitely be back!

I have been on all sorts of charters over the past 20 years. The crew at Therapy IV is second to none.  I will use them everytime I plan a trip in South Florida.  The weather patterns have been erratic (it is Winter) yesterday was colder today a little warmer and sunny.  The bite was light today. But we caught fish. We started the day trolling caught several Bonita which we later used for bait.
We switched gears a little and my son landed a trophy Barracuda.
Right at the end of the day we had a large bite run lots of line and fight for 15 minutes before breaking free. It happens.
What doesn’t happen everywhere is that on the way in I watched Captain Chris clearing the line off the reel to replace it as that fight stretched and slightly weakened so the next charter would not have frayed or weak line. This is a top notch group. The equipment was great the boat is spacious and maintained immaculately.  It was just two of us this boat is spacious for a bigger party or family as well.  If you want to have a great day on the water this is your crew. 
They worked the different levels and everything they could do to put you on fish.

We booked this experience hoping it would be fun and entertaining for the whole family and we were happy to find out it exceeded our expectations. The crew was incredibly professional and fun, and our trip was memorable. We were comfortable from the start and left with some fresh dinner! Highly recommend the Therapy IV team to everyone

Me and my family(wife and 3 sons) were in South Florida for Spring Break 2025.  We booked the Therapy IV after reading the great reviews.  They didn’t disappoint, after they returned from a morning charter with some other customers that was very slow, we didn’t know what to expect. Captain Mike and James got on fish and we landed 2 sailfish and a hammerhead shark.  Definitely recommend these guys. Very fun and professional. We will book again if we are in the area.

Captain Mike and First Mate Brenden were outstanding! Engaging conversation throughout and a lot of fun. Caught an enormous barracuda and there is no way we get it without the Captain’s diligence and knowledge. The sea was rough but we hung in there and it was worth it !!
