These guys were AWESOME! Booked the trip about 2 weeks in advance, easy process to book. Price was great especially for the size of the boat and the tackle. The captain and crew (Mike and Chris) were nothing short of professional. Went out with my family (we are beginners when it comes to fishing) and these guys made it seamless to sit in the seat and reel in some amazing fish. We got lucky and pulled in a variety of kingfish, barracuda, bonito, mahi, and blackfin. We booked a 4 hour charter and had lines in the water all the way through the full 4 hours. They were beyond patient and answered any and all questions we asked.

Overall a super fun crew with many shared laughs. If I would have known it was this fun I would have booked the full day without a question. Already planning to try and get my family back out here to book another charter with these guys. Do yourself a favor and pick this one.

The crew was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the start. They were especially patient and kind with our family, including our two young sons, making sure everyone felt comfortable and involved throughout the trip.

What really stood out was their expertise — they knew exactly where to go to find the fish. In less than four hours, we caught over two dozen fish, including a massive wahoo that made the day unforgettable. The boat was clean, well-equipped, and the whole trip was run smoothly and professionally.

I have been on all sorts of charters over the past 20 years. The crew at Therapy IV is second to none.  I will use them everytime I plan a trip in South Florida.  The weather patterns have been erratic (it is Winter) yesterday was colder today a little warmer and sunny.  The bite was light today. But we caught fish. We started the day trolling caught several Bonita which we later used for bait.
We switched gears a little and my son landed a trophy Barracuda.
Right at the end of the day we had a large bite run lots of line and fight for 15 minutes before breaking free. It happens.
What doesn’t happen everywhere is that on the way in I watched Captain Chris clearing the line off the reel to replace it as that fight stretched and slightly weakened so the next charter would not have frayed or weak line. This is a top notch group. The equipment was great the boat is spacious and maintained immaculately.  It was just two of us this boat is spacious for a bigger party or family as well.  If you want to have a great day on the water this is your crew. 
They worked the different levels and everything they could do to put you on fish.

Myself and 5 of my friends got the half day AM package and it did not disappoint. The captain asked what we wanted to fish for and I said I didn’t care as long as we had as much action as possible so everyone had a chance to reel in a fish and that is exactly what happened. We caught 6 fish and everyone had a chance to pull in their own fish and to top it off we took a chance at dropping some large bait to the bottom and we hooked a 6 foot shark. Couldn’t have been a better day on the water.

Me and my family(wife and 3 sons) were in South Florida for Spring Break 2025.  We booked the Therapy IV after reading the great reviews.  They didn’t disappoint, after they returned from a morning charter with some other customers that was very slow, we didn’t know what to expect. Captain Mike and James got on fish and we landed 2 sailfish and a hammerhead shark.  Definitely recommend these guys. Very fun and professional. We will book again if we are in the area.
