    great day on the river

    6 hour bass pike • 1 adult

    i had a great time fishing eith Chris. The fishing was slow which can’t be controlled. We had a great time getting to know each other and swapping hunting and fishing stories. I will fish with Chris again.

    Enjoyable day on the River with Captain Chris

    Salmon fishing • 2 adults

    Trip was as described. We used different techniques and learned a lot about Salmon Fishing. The fish could have been a little more cooperative but after a lot of casts we were able to get a couple in the boat and lost one. Had a great time on the River. I especially enjoyed having someone else rig up my pole while I enjoyed the scenery.

    Beautiful location. Fun time catching bass and almost pike. Nice boat setup for 2 anglers.

fall steelhead fishing on the BigManistee River is starting to heat up. we are going to be seeing a good push from the lake the next week. much needed rain and Werther is in the forecast. the next few weeks should be excellent. i have a few dates open to fish

fall is in the air on the Big Manistee river! that means fresh fall steelhead are moving into the river system. one of the best times of year to catch some of the best quality fish available in the area. ice also have seen alot fresh salmon showing up lately as well. lots of opportunities for anglers the next few months. if your looking to go ive got a few openings.

the salmon run is well underway on the Big Manistee river. we are going to get a nice push of salmon this week with rain in the forecast. its gonna make for some great fishing!. fall steelhead season is on the way very soon as well. if your looking to fish the river away from the crowds, and have some good quality fishing im your guy.
