Summer is in full swing here in northern Michigan! The bass and pike fishing has recently been excellent! With warmer weather in the near future and rising water temperature in the river the fishing is gonna be good from here out. Fishing the river this time of year can offer great opportunities for anglers of all skill levels and abilities. If your looking for a fun day of fishing with little pressure from other anglers this is the time to go.

One of my favourite times of year is here. Fall steelhead are migrating into the Manistee river. Their are numerous king salmon spawning throughout the river and the steelhead are on the feed, Eating eggs from the salmon . Fishing has been very good this week. I recommend booking soon. I have a few available dates. Lots of fun to be had on the river right now!

We finally received some rain last week and cooler temps are in the forecast. There are plenty of salmon spread out throughout the entire river system. Fall steelhead will start showing up in good numbers soon . I have a few dates available in October and November. Love to have you on the boat for a day.

Fishing was prêtty solid over labor day weekend. Definitely was busy on the river but we managed ok on our recent charters. Some cooler weather coming this week and hopefully some rain should be a excellent weekend to get out there.
