Matahi and Tau covered all of our needs from answering questions after booking to arranging transportation, (most importantly) catching fish, sending us back to our hotel with a filet, and following up with footage of our catches (2 marlin!!!!). My wife and I are on our honeymoon and she is not much of an angler, but Matahi kept us both entertained by explaining the features of the island, the patterns of the birds leading us to fish, and answering all of our many questions. On the water at 7:40, first fish, a nice Bonito was in the boat by 8:15. Trolling slowed down so went to traditional handline fishing that produced 3 more nice albacore. Captain and crew are top notch, great day of fishing, definitely recommend.

Had a great day only family trip captain and crewmate showed a great time to our family ages 12-70. All caught fish, tried out traditional methods and captain pivoted well for sea sick kid and kept boat moving. Rays and snorkel one way end was lovely and lunch was over the top.

Good captain and boat just no fish that’s why it’s called fishing and not catching
