Capt MacDonald was awesome. The fishing trip was excellent due largely to his exceptional knowledge of the fishing spots in the Gulf. With a bit of coaching from the Captain, we pulled 33 fish in about 2-ish hours (11 Mangrove Snappers, 22 Lane Snappers). It was an awesome trip and I would opt for a full day on the water knowing what I know now.

The boat is in excellent shape and runs well. The toilet was very clean and in good working order. The rods and reels were in excellent shape.

10/10, I’ll be planning my next trip around another charter with Mac-Attack.

Perfect weather today. We caught lots of snapper and there was plenty of space for everyone on the boat. We caught a few grouper but unfortunately they were too small to keep. Captain Macdonald was great and super helpful to our group which had mixed experience levels. We will definitely be back.

In our group of 6, we had 4 adults and 2 children ages 9 and 13.  We all had such a good time with Captain Lewis. Everyone on the boat was able to catch fish and our group came home with 17 fish.  Before and after booking the trip, the captain was quick to respond to any questions we had. We all agreed the day could not have been any better. We highly recommend Mac-Attack.

Where to begin. A 5-Star Rating doesn’t even justify how amazing this experience was. Captain Lewis is a professional. He’s fun, knowledgeable, personable, exceeded our expectations, and made our fishing trip one that will never be forgotten. Our seven year old son hasn’t stopped talking about it. We would recommend him and his services to anyone looking for a fishing charter and an exciting shark experience. Thank you Captain Lewis!! We enjoyed our time with you and we’re so grateful for the memories that will last a lifetime.

Had a great day with Capt. Lewis McDonald. In spite of inclement weather he steered around the squalls and put us on the fish. Seas were a little rocky but Lewis knows how to position the boat for a favorable outcome. It’s nice to spend a successful day at sea with a true professional.
