I am originally from the beautiful state of Iowa. In the summers, as a little boy I stayed on the Mississippi river. I'd build janky boats from stuff that drifted on the shore and drift the backwaters, catching anything I could. I finally left Iowa after school and came to Florida to learn how to really fish. I really got into local tournament fishing and upgraded a bunch to the boat I fish out of now. I love finding the bass and seeing peoples reactions to catching their pb's. I am driven to be the best guide in Florida, driven to cater to how my guests want to catch these bass and do it that way! Most guides can't do that. I'm driven to have a respected name in this business.

We did a quick trip with our young boys and Captain Blake was so accommodating and made sure our they caught some big bass quickly. Blake is super knowledgeable and has all the equipment you need for successful fishing. Highly recommended for your next trip to Orlando!

It was my first trip for bass, and Blake was fast to guide me on to som good fish. If I, some day, are coming back to visit Orlando again, then i would love to go fishing whit captain Blake again.

My guests and I are catching them however we want, just need to locate them. Using my livescope to find the bait and then the bass. In the morning we are finding them with topwater baits (frogs, spooks, poppers and ploppers) offshore grass patches are holding the big ones if the blue gill are occupying the grass as well.
If you dont want to use artificial baits, live bait (shiners) is of course catching them for us. Its a great time of year to be on my Skeeter Bass Boat. Preferably early, the afternoon is getting toasty. Keep that in mind when booking your action packed fishing trip with Capt. Blake and Fleetwood Bass Fishing.
