Fantastic Captain, crew, and boat. This team of experienced anglers knew exactly where the fish were, what tackle to use and how to hook-up. Our first Sailfish (Pez Vela) was on within five minutes of lines in the water. The 36 Cabo (Dream Maker) is in great condition and made for fishing. It’s also a comfortable, dry ride.

It’s hard to overstate how awesome this bucket list fishing trip was.  The boat was immaculate and a perfect size for our party of 6.  Captain Ezequiel and his mates Nanu and Framer were consummate pros, and we had a fishing experience we could’ve only hoped for for our group of two dads, one mom, and three teenage boys. 

After running out a ways, we snagged a bunch of bonito to use as bait for tuna fishing.  Captain then quickly ran to a hot Yellowfin Tuna bite and we landed two massive yellowfins - 46” and 54” - after really good fights.  With the cooler more than stocked with filtered tuna loins, we set out for our main goal — a billfish. 

Within 30minutes of trolling, we landed our first Pacific sailfish.  By 2pm all six of us on the boat had each had the thrill of getting a 7ft+ sailfish to the boat. 

Mate Nanu coached all of us, and especially the boys when they had their fish on—giving them the confidence and direction to stick it out and land their trophies. Mate Farmer killed it as well, with the addition of preparing watermelon, pinapple, and fresh seared tuna sandwiches and restaurant quality tuna carpaccio right on the boat.

The captain and crew were the most experienced anglers there are. They have amazing customer service and this is the experience of a lifetime. I would go fishing with Dream Maker again. We caught multiple yellowfin tuna, massive sail fish, had the opportunity of eating the catch right on the water in between catches. The boat is comfortable and we couldn’t have asked for a better cree and experience. This hands down is the best Charter around. 11/10 experience and you will be in good hands with the Dream Maker.

I had contacted the captain via email a few days before our trip to ask if we could target meat fish?(tuna,dorado,wahoo.)He did not disappoint putting 5 anglers on their first yellowfin tunas with one being 72’ long with a 44’ girth(180-200#).We weren’t finished there with a double of a blue marlin and a sailfish to finish the day up.
