I had an absolutely thrilling experience booking our charter with Captain Gabriel and First Mate Jose! We were determined not to leave Costa Rica without going deep sea fishing, and let me tell you—it was worth every single penny! Our charter was loaded with snacks and refreshing beverages, and they even surprised us with a fresh pineapple!

We hooked some incredible yellowfin tuna, which they expertly filleted and packed for us in ziplock bags—talk about a treat! The fish was the most delicious I’ve ever tasted, and we couldn’t have asked for better weather to enjoy it all. This adventure is an absolute must-do! Both the captain and first mate are incredibly knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to book them again and recommend them to everyone I know!

If you want to fish without breaking the bank, dont hesitate, book theses guys. They have been fishi g this area for years and know exactly where your best opportunity to get on the fish exists. They worked non-stop and we were rewarded with non stop action. Easily the best fishing trip i’ve had. Epic is not a stretch. Told the captain we would like to target mahi and we put a dozen in the cooler. As well as yellow fin and a sailfish hookup all in a short morning trip.

A hard day of fishing with not much luck.  Was not able to get a Rooster on this trip but was able to catch a few fish later in the day.  After several hours of no Rooster fish the captain suggested we switch things up and bottom fish to see if we could change our luck, and we did.  My son was able to catch a nice Rock Snapper and I caught a White tip shark, not exactly what we were trying to catch but a tight line is better than nothing at all. Of all the boats, our boat was one of a few that caught anything that day.  I would recommend this charter to anyone that wants a good experience trying to catch such an exotic fish.

Rooster fish! We spent yesterday on another charter, 9 hours chasing tuna in pods of dolphins and while we loved it we really had been hoping for some rooster fish. We cancelled our plans for the next day and contacted Gabriel. We said we were hoping for rooster but when it comes to fishing you take what you can get. Gabriel and Jose were fantastic. Professional and hardworking. We caught a Jack to start and then I was SO happy to have brought in a rooster around 30lbs within the first hour. Anything more would just be extra. Soon after my dad landed a KING ROOSTER! 100lbs! Gabriel and Jose worked hard to make sure the fish made it into the boat and back in the water alive. Once in a lifetime fish with fresh pineapple, refreshments and good company. Perfect day could not ask for more. Do not hesitate to book.

These guys were legit, snapper, rooster, and other fish!! It was awesome we were the talk of the town. Seriously went into liquor store and there was a fisherman there and said hey y’all were they guys who had the day we haven’t caught all week. It was the trip that doesn’t happen often but also they worked their tails off to make it happen. I asked for roosters I couldn’t ask for a better turn out we boated 2, 1 of which is getting mounted. The one we lost we were 45 mins into the fight, and it broke off it was a record one. These guys put us on it!!
