5 Hour Trip (AM) • 4 adultsThis was our first guided fishing trip with the family, and after a slow start we each caught a fish. The captain was knowledgeable and helpful. Before the arranged meet up time, we got a call from the captain while we were on the ferry before. He let us know that the boat had two dead batteries, and pushed the start time back two hours. Since we were up and in the area, we went to a local restaurant for second breakfast. When we got to the dock, the captain was there; he got the batteries sooner than he expected. We are not sure how many minutes of early morning fishing we may have missed, but we loaded and left quickly. Once aboard, the trip was smooth, and the captain baited and cast our lines. We moved to several locations and we each ended catching a fish. Overall, the trip was good

5 Hour Trip (AM) • 2 adultsWe have been fishing with Steven a couple of times and we always catch fish. This trip was no different. He picked us up according to plan at 0630 and we headed out to the happy fishing grounds. Lines were in the water by 0700 and we had a limit before 0900. There were no fish under 8 pounds, we had fantastic time reeling in these lunkers. What a great morning to be on the water. Thank you again Steven for a great trip. Kevin & Heidi.

Bull Redfish start to migrate into the bays, making this one of the best months for inshore fishing. And what with reduced crowds and a hot bite offshore as well, you could say this is one of the best times to fish in Port Aransas.

Game Warden Tournament

We won 1st place Redfish men's guided division, 1st place Black Drum men's guided division, 1st place Black Drum women's guided division, and 2nd place Black Drum women's guided division. Fishing has been really good this last month or two!! We started out at 6am for our redfish and Ba BAMM an hour later we were done with them,( limited out). Then we moved on to our next species Black Drum and wouldn't you know it Ba BAMM found them too!!! All I can say is fishing is on fire!!

Big Redfish and Big Speckled Trout

We had a quick and exciting trip this morning with catching 8redfish and 1 big speckled trout. These two gentlemen caught the limits and got to use there oversized redfish tags. We finished catching our redfish limit this morning in about an hour and a half which was pretty quick. Then we took a short boat ride to go try and find some black drum which were being elusive and ended up running into a bigger school of redfish and caught our oversized redfish plus that big trout. I can say that it was a very successful trip!! Thanks guys and hope to seaya in the near future,,,Thanks Capt Steven

We had a quick and exciting morning halfday!! These two caught 2 limits and there oversized redfish. These reds were there first ones to catch,not bad for there first time!!
