What an awesome day!!

Captain Scout Five STAR

My wife and I had our kids,5 &7.   Scout made sure we caught plenty of fish and was nice to all the kids who talked constantly.  We just ate a bunch of fried sheephead tacos that the kids loved.   Even caught a couple sea trout and snapper.  Would have loved a Marlin but he said the drop off is too far out for a 4 hour trip.

Scout put us on fish all day. Saw and hooked up with just about every bucket list species you can think of. Ended up with some monster snook! Experience of a lifetime. 

Full day with Scout

My Dad and I went out with Scout for a full day today and killed it!  We were on fish from the very start and caught: tarpon, snook, Goliaths, snapper, jacks, trout and even a catfish.  Fish were biting all day long.  Scout is a great guide and quickly moves to a new/better spot when the fish aren't biting.  He was spot-on the entire day and great to shoot the sh*t with. Chokoloskee a truly special fishery and I couldn't recommend this place and his services more.  We shall be back.

Full Day with Scout Morris 

Scout is a great captain with lots of knowledge of the area. He has a fantastic boat with lots of room and great tackle. The day started slow with lingering rain storm until noon, but he found us a giant school of 20-30lb black drum and we followed it for 3 hours and caught and released until our arms were dead!  I highly recommend Scout Morris and Tight Lines!

Had a fun fishing Capt. Morris, fun captain that knows the area.  We can't  wait to fish with him again

Fishing with Scout

Outstanding day of fishing with Captain Scout as he filled the bait well first thing in the morning with two casts of his net and then proceeded to go deep inshore as the wind was kicking up early.

Sprain put all three of us on fish in mangrove nooks & crannies and we had steady action of four hours with 20”-26” snook, a one-off redfish, and 5 juvenile grouper -largest 40lbs.

3/4 day trip

Anglers in Chokoloskee spend their winter fishing deep in the backcountry of the Everglades. Redfish, Speckled Trout, and Black Drum are a few of the species you can catch this time of year.

Average temperatures range from 55-76°F in February. Exploring the backcountry and is a great way to dodge strong winter winds while casting lines for Redfish, Black Drum, and more.

As spring approaches, you'll start to see more Snook around Chokoloskee. Head to the 'outside' for a chance to catch Speckled Trout around the mangrove islands or a variety of fish on the nearshore reefs.

Weather permitting, April can be a great time to test the waters offshore. Many Snapper and Grouper species are biting vigorously. Cobia and Barracuda are at their peak.

Average temperatures climb as high as 87°F in May. You'll have a successful day on the water just about anywhere you fish, from the mysterious waterways of the backcountry to the open ocean offshore.

Snook and Tarpon fishing are at their peak in June! You can expect lots of action from most of the other fish swimming around Chokoloskee, from Redfish and Permit to Sharks.&nbsp;

July is one of the hottest months of the year in Chokoloskee, with average temperatures hovering between 74-90°F. Be sure to stay hydrated so you have the strength for plenty of light tackle battles!

The summer heat is persistent, and so is good fishing! Some of the best opportunities at this time of year are found offshore, where you can catch Snapper, Grouper, Permit, and more.

High temperatures remain in September. You can still enjoy excellent fishing around the mangrove islands and offshore for Snook, Redfish, Speckled Trout, Snapper, and Grouper.

As autumn sets in, many fish retreat into the backcountry. Anglers fishing the 'inside' will start to see more Redfish and Snook than in previous months.

Temperatures are cooling down in Chokoloskee, and you can expect very little rainfall this month. You can catch a wide variety of fish inshore, including Jack Crevalle, Redfish, Black Drum, and more.

December is an excellent time to fish for Redfish, Speckled Trout, Spanish Mackerel, Mangrove Snapper, and other species swimming around the mangrove islands and backcountry waterways.
