With over 15 years of experience exploring the waters of the Lower Keys, he knows these waterways like the back of his hand. Growing up as a native of Big Pine Key, he spent his days free diving for Lobsters and spearfishing for meals right off his dock, starting when he could barely hold a fishing rod. His heart belongs to the ocean, and his greatest hope is to share his knowledge with you during your adventure together!

    Bigboii Charters with Capt Torre — legendary. The kind of trip you talk about every time fishing comes up. Took my three Sons out — nonstop action. Yellowtail Snapper all day, then a MONSTER King fish that pushed me to my limit. Easy top 5 I’ve ever caught. Fish straight from ocean to the pan… no hesitation. I grew up fishing party boats with my Dad — Now I’m building those same memories with my Sons… on a better boat called the BigBoii. Capt Torre was locked in — calm, great with kids, and made it all happen. This wasn’t just fishing. This was full circle. Salute Capt Torre — more Blessings to you and your family. Epic days only.     Amazing day on the Fish!

    4 hour Half day (inshore fishing) • 1 adult

    I can't say enough positives. Amazing day out on the water with Captain Torree, he knew the spots being a lifelong local. We stopped to catch some bait fish(had shrimp also), first net cast full so on we went. Had to learn some techniques to get the fish hooked and in the boat, more than enough Yellow Tail Snapper and Mackerel for me. Torre was passionate about me having a great experience, lots of laughter too. He even recommend a place in the Key West that would take the fish and prep Sashimi and other dishes - wife and I followed through and had a great dinner! No Brainer Big Boii Charters!

    4 hour Half day (inshore fishing) • 2 adults

    Never fished on the ocean before and it’s been a while since any kind of fishing period. Captain Torre was a great teacher, easy to talk to, super positive, and knowledgeable not only about the area and fishing in general. You can totally tell he enjoys what he does. The fishing spots that we went to were great, especially the second one. Lots of catching and a few workouts to bring some of the fish in. Definitely will be booking Big Boii Charter the next time in the area. HUGE thanks to Captain Torre and Tom for making the trip so memorable.

    4 Hour Fish/Snorkel/Sandbar Combo • 4 adults

    Wanted to take the family out for a short fishing trip during our time in the Keys and hit the jackpot with Big Boi Charters. Torre made the scheduling easy and had everything ready for us. We caught several different types of fish and Torre recommended a local restaurant that prepared our catch for lunch. Couldn’t recommend Big Boi Charters more!

    Torre knows how to catch fish !

    4 Hour Fish/Snorkel/Sandbar Combo • 2 adults

    Torre put us on a yellow brick road to start. caught some nice yellowtails had a few nice jacks once the yellowtails gave up. Torre didn’t stay there he went to find more fish then got on some mahi’s while trolling. highly recommend to anyone that knows how to fish or doesn’t Torre will make sure you have a great time

    Captain Torre was excellent. We were able to catch Mangrove Snapper but his knowledge of the area, as far as where to go and what do was equally as valuable. The areas he took us for snorkeling/sandbar were excellent and would highly recommend.

    we got hammered with some rough weather but captain Torre had our backs and made sure we had fun, caught a limit of fish and added a few extras! Awesome effort on his part… worth another try for sure.

What's biting with Big Boii Charters in Big Pine Key

Kids like Lemon and Blacktip Shark and this is a good time to get them. Cobia are in solid numbers, as are Trout and Snook. Offshore, Tuna numbers are improving.
