I am a firefighter and run charters on my days off from the fire house. I have been fishing the waters off of the Mississippi coast since i was old enough to hold a fishing pole. I stay on the water and on the fish year round. I fish for just about anything that swims in our waters. I don't just target one or two types of fish like a lot of people. That being said, my specialty is wade fishing the islands for Speckled Trout and Redfish.

The fall and early winter is my favorite time of year to fish. The fish are hungry and gorging thierselves for the winter. Redfish are the main targets but there is plenty of other great eating fish caught along with them. The best part is that all the fishing is done within a short ride from the marina.
