  Half Day Trip (AM) on September 9, 2026 • 5 adults

  We chartered a boat with Chad for my mom’s birthday, and when I tell you this experience was AMAZINGGGG!! 🙌🏽 We ended up catching the BIGGEST STRIPED BASS 🐟🎣 seriously, the fish was HUGE! We released it back into the water, but just getting the chance to catch something like that was an experience we will NEVER forget. Chad was cool asf 😂, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we had a great time from beginning to end. The whole vibe was perfect, and it made my mom’s birthday even more special. ❤️🎂 The fishing, the laughs, being out on the water, and then landing that MONSTER bass?! 🔥🔥🔥 You couldn’t ask for a better trip! If you’re thinking about booking a fishing charter, BOOK WITH CHAD! You will not be disappointed. We had an absolute blast and would definitely do it again. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 🎣🐟🚤🔥

  Friendly Captain, Excellent Equipment, Beautiful Morning.

  I'm glad I chose Captain Braga as our charter. He was tremendously friendly and prioritized our comfort and fishing success above all else. It was very calm waters in the morning and if course as with any fishing trip it took us a little bit of time to find the fish but once we found the general area where the stripers where he kept us on top of them the whole time. we had success on the spoons but it took us a little bit to figure out what they were biting on. afger a few hours of catching with spoons we switched to trolling with what looked like jerk baits and we started really reeling them in. I can't recommend this captain enough.

  We had to reschedule our trip from June to July due to bad wheather. Chad was excellent with his communication. Our family showed up 30 minutes late due to Newport traffic and Chad was very accommodating. Our trip of 5 was amazing. We all caught striped bass, with our15 year old daughter catching the most fish during a friendly competition between her and her two older brothers. The boat was very clean and Chad made sure the rods were always baited and ready to go. Thank you for an amazing experience!

  Great all Day Trip

  10 Hour Trip – Tuna/Shark (4 MAX) on June 25, 2026 • 2 adults

  Great boat, great captin, no tuna but we were warned by the captain in advance that they were not biting but we stuck with it rather than going insure but still had a great day. Seen a whale and loads of dolphins. Would recommned to anyone looking for a freindly relaxed trip and a very informed and freindly captain.

  we caught two striper one Bonito we hooked one shark, but it broke the line Chad was awesome good experience
