I went fishing with Captain Carlton and Lonnie. I could not have asked for a better trip. Caught lots of fish and had a great time!

Gother there early and we’re greater by Hill Roy in the parking lot. Very helpful in getting loaded into the boat and settled. Captain asked what type of fishing we wanted to do and we said Wahoo, Mahi Mahi and other larger Fish. Hooked up a 30” barracuda and a small tuna in the first hour. Then nothing. At 9:30 Captain asked if we wanted to fish other smaller Fish. I asked his opinion and he said “you never know” We continued for larger Fish til 11am then switched to light tackle for the last hour with no results. They call it fishing not catching and I get that. Hillroy worked hard and the captain did his best with little but early luck. 2 criticisms are; diesel fumes can be an issue depending where you stand on the boat. Not a big deal, but they are present, and no electronic Fish finding equipement . Really surprised by this, but what do I know about fishing in the Bahamas? If I had it to do over again, I would book a full day trip as this gives the captain and crew time to get to river fishing grounds. I also would ask more questions on the front end about how we are going fishing. Fishing is fun, but catching is better.

Wahoo were not running, but Captain made sure everyone caught a Baracuda as he trolled the reef / rock structures.  Grandsons were thrilled!

We booked our trip on only a 1 day notice and the booking process was simple and with quick communication. The captain and 1st mate were excellent. My family of 6 had a wonderful time reef fishing and snorkeling. It was my husband, myself and our children 18, 12, 9 and 7. We would definitely go again!
