My last trip was hot! We killed em. But this time, We fished halibut and it was slow. Really slow. But demar took us rock fish fishing and that was hella slow too. He hunted for schools of fish for us. Drop and run to a new spot, drop and run, drop and run. And we limited. worked till we got em. He’ll work his ass off for you.

I only had one day left at the coast and everyone was booked or crossed out. So i messaged him and offered him a big tip to take me on a late 4 hourlate trip. From noon-5:00. And we limited on rockfish and caught a halibut. Excellent fishing. Excellent captain.

Demar was truly a great captain. He made sure we were catching fish and having a good time.  He was personable and knowledgeable. Went out of his way to help us with crab as well! My husband said he had great music taste too!

This was our fist trip fishing the ocean. We originally had just the crab trip booked but Demar the captain talked us into rock fishing as well. We are so glad he did. We got on the boat at 6 set crab pots and then set out to fish. By 9 all 4 of us had caught our limit. Had a really great time with my boys. Demar and his crew are top notch and they know their stuff. We will definitely be back again to go out on the all day halibut trip. Don’t hesitate to book a trip with Big Bite fishin!
