Techniques
The captain loves the challenge of finding stacked-up Redfish, Trout, and Flounder. Popping corks with live bait are his preferred method, but when bait is slim, he has no trouble turning to artificial. He also feels the i-Pilot has been a game-changer. Adding mullet to the baitwell by casting will give you the advantage of presenting a bait it feeds on and loves. The captain is set up with Penn reels spooled with braid on ugly sticks. His Garmin chartplotter and depth finder is loaded with all the secret spots.
