Awesome trip with Capt. Miguel and his deck hand. We had six on the boat 2 Adults and 4 kids. We were fishing on the noon trip midday. All we were hoping for was the kids to catching some fish! We had all kinds of action and even had to move once because of dolphins. I guess they where hungry too. lol! We ended up catching 4 different species of fish and where able to bring a bunch of fresh fillets back home to eat. I have been fishing with a number of charters over the years, however Captain Miguel was one of a kind. Incredibly personable, knowledgable and patient, he made the entire day one to remember. He was amazing with my 2 daughters, teaching and helping them every step of the way. His passion and love for fishing was genuine and he was as excited as we were, when we were catching fish. I’ve taken many charter trips by myself and with my wife. This captain ranks at the top for being prompt, congenial, and being prepared. I’ve had a few guides I won’t use again for plain disinterest on their part. Miguel is a Captain I will use again and recommend to friends with no hesitation. Miguel absolutely crushed it for our group. Despite a chilly morning and low water conditions, he stayed focused and positive. We were targeting sheepshead, and while the first couple of spots didn’t produce, Miguel decided to take us farther out than he normally would—and it paid off big time.
