Captain Keith helped us to have a spectacular day on the sea.  His experience was shared with us as we learned how to fish for the big ones.  He chatted up our son and they shared their knowledge of the fish with each other.  Captain Keith was patient and helped us to reel in some fun catches.  We’ve been on guided trips in Canada and the Bahamas. This was our first time out in the ocean fishing like this as a tour. Not knowing what to expect but to have a lot more excitement and motivation from our captain but unfortunately not really receiving it from this trip. When we first got on the boat the captain was super welcoming and wanted to know more about us and we also wanted to know more about him but after that it was more of it seems he got tired of us or maybe he was just tired at the end of the day and it seems like he was rushing... We had a great day catching halibut with Captain Keith Washburn of Fantasea Fishing Charter at Seward, Alaska.  Captain Keith was very cordial and thorough explaining the rules of his boat and how to fish for halibut. One member of our group landed a 74 lb halibut! The rest of us had the thrill of landing our limit.  We will definitely book a future fishing trip with Captain Keith.

Captain Keith with Fantasea Charters is fantastic! He kept us on the fish and made the trip entertaining. He gave us all the tips we needed to land fish, and offered encouragement as needed. The other guys on the boat were fantastic as well. We all caught our limit of halibut, and we had a great time! We can not recommend Fantasea Charters and Captain Keith enough. I highly recommend him!

My father and I went fishing on a Halibut fishing in the morning and Salmon fishing in the afternoon with Captain Keith. We had great fun and my father reached his daily limit whilst I caught my first salmon. Our fish was processed afterwards and we had fish for the entirety of our trip. I can only recommend going fishing with Fantasea Charters. Amazing trip.
