7 of us had a great day out on the water with Captain Dave. The trip was well-run, relaxed, and we ended up catching a good variety of fish (catfish, baby sharks, several types of bream, salmon, stingray etc). Out of everything we caught, we were able to take home 3 sizeable ones. Dave took us to two different fishing spots, and the boat ride was enjoyable. The day was almost perfect and my son and I had a great time and we couldn’t ask for a better operator than Dave, his exceptional fishing and boating skills and knowledge made everything go smoothly. We were lucky enough to see many of the animal species in the area including a sea eagle, pelicans and even a 4 metre croc to name a few, of course we caught several species of fish and a muddy and one big beautiful Barramundi. work booked the charter and to be honest i was a little apprehensive because it wasnt a deep sea charter but i was completely wrong david put us on to some big fish it was awesome caught first barra but had to release due to season everyone hooked up to at least one monster and there was 6 of us one the boat would love to go again especially on season highly recommend he will definitely put you on to the big fish and he was a legend

Had a great morning on the water with Dave (Capt) and the boys, Got out off Magnetic Island with fantastic weather. Although the fish weren’t jumping out of the water we still managed a good catch On the way back Dave gave me the opportunity to pull one of his crab pots that provided a nice size Muddy to take home. Dave was brilliant and very much a mate on the water. Thanks Dave, I’ll certainly be back when next time i’m in the area.

An enjoyable outing with Captain Dave—peaceful waters, great company, and plenty of laughs. Mixture of fish, several small sharks & a stingray kept us busy.. Captain Dave’s expertise and humour was very much appreciated & we highly recommend..  See you in 2026 🎣
