Weather was a but windy but the captain put us on some fish.  Nothing to special but had plenty of missed bites, but the kids had a great time and the first mate was working hard to keep fresh bait out and help give us the best chance.  In all we caught about 6 smaller fish and a 6’ lemon shark while reeling in one of the smaller fish.  If they arent biting, theres nothing the captain could have done different.  Id do it again.

The boat is spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Captain Mark is a good skipper and Maurice, who was his assistant, is a very entertaining and knowledgeable fisherman. The fish were not on the bite and he kept changing baits to try different approaches. We ended up catching two fish, tuna and barracuda,  with the half the tuna being taken by another predator fish. Hi anglers! We love to fish! We charter fishing boats on every vacation… From Costa Rica to the Bahamas. Maurice and Jimbo were awesome. With two kids (ages 10 & 8) we don’t love to deep sea fish. We asked for a day of reef fishing and exploring. Well, we caught a lot on the reef! Jimbo dived in the water at Sting Ray Cove, and brought the most docile rays to us. Epic day. Thank you.

Tough fishing in late Dec when we went out, but we tried a lot of things and my dayghter caught a tuna which made the day.  Thanks Mark and crew! RIP deck mate Rex!
