The Alibi, embarked on a remarkable fishing trip out of Oregan Inlet on June 9th. Our guests on board were treated to an exceptional day on the water, reeling in a variety of impressive catches. Here's a snapshot of their adventure:
With a promising forecast, the Alibi set out before dawn, wasting no time in locating prime fishing spots. The anglers were in for a treat as they hooked a stunning Golden Tilefish, followed by multiple regular Tilefish, known for their delicious “lobster like” taste.
As the day progressed, a school of vibrant Mahi Mahi appeared. Our guests capitalized on the opportunity, skillfully catching these sought-after gamefish.
To end the day on a high note, the Alibi encountered a group of powerful tuna. The anglers showed their prowess, battling these fish and successfully bringing them on board.

Tuna and Barracuda on the Alibi

Despite some really rough seas we had a fantastic day on June 2nd. Brought in some great yellowfin tuna and a barracuda. These men came all the way from Massachusetts to catch fish in OBX. We were excited to show them how great North Carolina fishing can be!
