Half Day • 2 adultsMy daughter and I never caught redfish before, and Justin definitely put us on them! We hooked probably two dozen fish during our half day trip. We caught mainly redfish, one speckled trout, one small stingray, and a flounder. Definitely had a great day on the water, Justin did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

Half Day • 2 adultsGreat fishing experience with our knowledgeable guide using light tackle on a skiff on the shallow waters between Bluffton & Beaufort. Suitable for experienced anglers & those new to sight fishing on the flats (tho experience on a skiff would be useful). As a first time Redfish angler Justin got us to where the fish were as tide ebbed & flowed. A great Low Country fishing introduction. I would highly recommend Capt Justin as a fishing guide & all round good guy.

Half Day • 2 adults • 1 childJustin was fantastic! We had my 13 yo nephew on board… Justin coached him into the biggest fish he had ever caught.. we caught them on spinning gear, casting gear and on the Fly! Would highly recommend him and would definitely fish with him again!

July Redfishing is Red Hot

The summer heat is here, but the fishing has been even hotter.
Redfish have been the star of the show, with consistent action on fish ranging from 15-36 inches. Whether you prefer fly fishing or conventional tackle, the bite has been outstanding.
We’re catching fish using a variety of techniques, including:
-Fly fishing with baitfish and shrimp patterns
-Soft plastics
-Topwater lures during the cooler parts of the day
-Live bait under a popping cork
There have also been a few speckled trout mixed into the catches, but the redfish are definitely stealing the spotlight right now.
If you’re looking to get on the water and experience some excellent summer fishing, now is a great time to book a trip. The early mornings have been especially productive, and the redfish are feeding aggressively despite the hot temperatures.
