    perfect first time fishing experience for kids

    We had such a great experience on this kids fishing charter! It was the perfect first time fishing trip for our 4 and 5 year-olds. Captain Billy and his first mate were incredibly helpful, friendly, and great with young children. They made everything fun and exciting, and our kids will be talking about what a blast they had for a long time. One of the highlights was stopping at an island for shelling. It was such a fun addition that made the trip feel like a true adventure rather than just a fishing outing. Another bonus was seeing lots of dolphins swim alongside the boat! If you’re looking for a fun fishing experience for little ones, I highly recommend this charter!

    we had the most amazing time with Capt.Billy and his 1st Mate Terri. They were very knowledgeable and laid back! we caught anout 20-25 fish between the 6 of us fishing. it was my daughters birthday and they were fantastic celebrating her! (definitely bring bug spray the mosquitoes were horrible in some spots especially getting out of the car to the marina. once we were on the water and away from the mangroves it was fine)

    Beyond amazing experience

    2.5 Hour Kids Time Fishing • 6 adults • 4 children

    To be honest the captian and his first mate couldnt not have been any nicer to the 4 kids i took on board. extremely attentive and educating the kids at the same time having fun. it was the best day on the water we ever had. caught over 7 species and quality fish. I would 100% be back.

    2.5 Hour Kids Time Fishing • 4 adults • 2 children

    super good for kids my son caught two sharks very cool. The Captain and his crew were very helpful and helped with the kids catching fish. very laid back and peaceful time out on the water. Highly recommend for first time fishing especially with little ones. The boat is very nice and clean and easy going.

    Great Excursion!

    The Captain and crew were great! This experience is perfect for families with kids if all ages. I highly recommend this charter. We all caught fish and the shelling was fun too! This trip is great for adults and adults with kids. Bring towels and sunscreen. Water was provided by the Captain.

    we caught small catfish, mangrove snapper, and a 26.5" black drum. then we went and checked out the shells nearby 🐚 Captain Billy and Tere were fabulous people to spend some time with! would book again 👍

    Our trip was with Captain Billy of Kids Time Fishing. Captain Billy had everything we needed, and he was very knowledgeable about the area and fishing. He was great with my 11-year old nephew who caught a total of 8 fish on the trip. We also went to one of the islands to swim and pick shells. This was our first time on a private fishing and shelling tour, and it did not disappoint!

    Had a great time with Captain Billy and first mate Justin. Caught some fish (even two sharks!) and had some time to look for shells on a nice quiet island. Our kids (7 and 6) really enjoyed the trip and it was just the right length. Captain has water, poles, and bait. Bring your own snacks and sunscreen. Bug spray might also be good for fishing around the mangroves. Really a great time and would highly recommend!

    amazing trip Capt Bill was amazing with our 3 and 5 year old. Answered my 5 year olds million questions and beyond helpful in teaching them. Boat was a clean smooth ride and everyone caught tons of fish. We will be back next year!

    Captian Billy was a great guide. It was my daughters first fishing trip. Billy showed her the ropes. We all caught a fish and I was lucky to reel in a 20 pounder! Exciting day!

What's biting with Kids Time Fishing in Naples

Speckled Trout migrate into the back bays and are caught in good numbers over shallow patchy grass areas. You can find Bluefish and Pompano in the same spots. King and Spanish Mackerel are around nearshore.
