Great Month Of March

March started out a little slow and windy, but that changed quickly. The Redfish and Snook fishing started slow but is improving daily. But the Trout and Tripletail have been on fire. It was not uncommon to limit out… Read Full Report →

Went fishing on Monday, February 29, 2016

We did have a good time. We didn’t catch a lot of fish, in fact we spent a whole day catching one fish.
The other day we caught a lot of sea trout.
That is why it is called fishing instead of catching.
I booked this guide, because he was the last one with an opening. His charter was more expensive than the others. Dan was pleasant with a clean well prepared boat. He seemed to know what he was doing.

Everglades Fishing Adventures (The Captain)

In response to Mr. Campbells review. The first day which was a half day trip we caught probably thirty trout which they were happy with. On the second day Mr. Campbell asked to fish for redfish I told him we would try but it would be tuff because nobody is catching them right now. I told them I would be ready by 8:00 a.m. to get the best tide and they did not show up until 9:00 a.m. We fished most of the day for redfish and then went offshore for tripletail which we did get one about 12 pounds. You have to listen to the Captain about whats biting if you want to catch fish. By the way two days latter we had a massive fish kill which may explain why we didn’t catch any redfish. Thanks Capt.
