We had a great experience with Captain John. He put us on the fish early and often, didn’t waste time fishing slow spots or driving too far to find a new spot. The morning half day trip was plenty of fishing, but start at 6 AM to beat the heat and bring bug spray. I highly recommend booking this trip and taking your fresh catch to JB’s Fish Camp (located at the dock) to get it cooked up, delicious!

I said the above once n I’ll say it again. Capt. John has taken my wife n I out 4-5 time. This time we took 12year old inexperienced grand daughter. She not only caught the most but the largest trout. He put us all on a good fishing day. Semper fi marine

Captain John is very experienced and put us on the spots to catch big bull reds and trout. He was patient and eager to catch fish and knew when to move if we weren’t catching them. Excellent fishing trip!

Captain John was very knowledgeable.  I have been a fisherman all my life, and have been on many guided trips.  This guy will do anything in his power to put you on the fish.  I dont like to take the time to write reviews but am very happy to do so in this case.  Captain John is one of the best.  l highly recommend him.
