- Captain Brian started sailing in and around the Florida Keys as an assistant instructor with Outward Bound in the 1980’s. The trips were an experience of a lifetime. Captain Brian went on to work for Outward Bound for three years; summers in Maine and winters in the FL Keys. Nearly 30 years later, Captain Brian has returned to the Keys to start his own tour guide business, Keys Boat Tours.
