  3/4 Day Trip – Offshore Green Seaso on May 9, 2026 • 5 adults • 2 children

  to begin with they were very communicative even though I booked last minute we arrived 15 minutes late. The crew and captain was waiting for us to help us find the boat and the areas we needed to do paperwork from the time we got on the boat till the time we got off the boat, Service was top-notch and I truly mean that we brought my sons who are 4and 7 years old. They made sure to put them on the Fish within minutes of our lines, hitting the water they got to experience sitting in the fighting chair and bringing in mahi after mahi after we filled the bucket up with mahi we went and targeted Bill Fish it’s been a goal of mine and I’ve traveled the world looking for sailfish and Marlin after about 30 minutes of trolling bam 102 inch beautiful sailfish landed with pictures. It was absolutely incredible. Now it’s talk about the crew in the boat. The boat was pristine condition. Extremely comfortable with every amenity you could fathom the bed in the front was nice after fishing to lay down and take a little rest on the way in the couches were comfortable. The furniture was in great shape the beer, the food everything that was offered to us was great. It is extremely hot here in Costa Rica so having the Viking cabin to a nice 70° was just incredible when my kids got tired. They were able to lay on the couch and take a nap while Dad and Mom kept fishing. I will be back and I’ve already referred them to my friends. Thank you so much guys for caring about your customer so much.

  Full Day Trip – Offshore on July 3, 2026 • 7 adults

  Fishing with Top Notch was excellent. The crew was very nice and really knew what they were doing. They put us on the fish. We caught 4 Sail fish, 2 Yellowfin tuna, and a Rock snapper. We couldnt asked for a better day. I would definitely recommend fishing with Top Notch to anyone looking to book a fishing trip out of Quepos.

  Full Day Trip – Offshore on June 9, 2026 • 6 adults • 1 child

  Seas were big for Costa Rica, but the boat and crew handed it well. Captain put lines out and picked up a few peanut dolphin to test how our crew was going to handle sea conditions. then we picked up and ran further offshore to target bigger fish. Ended up with 7 mahai, 1 Yellowfin tuna, and releasing 5 sailfish. would have been 6 but we had a double hook up get crossed up. over all a great day with action all day!

  I really appreciate the kindness that the crew showed my 75 year old parents and young kids. They were patient with all of them that were fishing for their first time. We caught a few of several types of fish and enjoyed some as soon as we got home. Thank you so much!

  we had an awesome time on top notch! They put us on a ton of tuna and mahi. And the captain and crew were outstanding folks. I’d recommend them all day long and we will 100% be back.
