Lucky B Sportfishing – West 36' 

Brandon and Jack were great! They were very professional and helpful, and extremely interested in making sure that we had a great experience! They were very attentive and involved in keeping our lines baited and back in the water, and helping us bring in the fish. We caught a lot of fish, which Jack cleaned for us. We would recommend Lucky B to anyone looking for a great day of fishing!

Insane trip. What a great experience. Top notch captain and crew. They worked hard the entire trip. I really wanted Bluefin, which I got, but thanks to their effort we were able to add limits of a nice class of yellowtail. The boat is a great fishing platform. It is really fast. I have never gotten past the islands as fast as we did. So much room at the bow. You can have 3 people throwing iron at the bow at the same time with no problem. The tackle and equipment was really nice. It all worked flawlessly during the trip. Even when bringing in my 140# Bluefin . I will be back Bob

I took my family out today with Lucky B and we had a blast. It have been out with other companies but this was a first for the rest of my family and they want to do it again. Brandon and Troy are awesome and landed us us fish every time we put our. So thankful to them for the help they provide and their friendliness they are what made this experience worth doing again. We had the absolute BEST time with Captain Brandon and his deckhand Jack! We were determined to catch some bluefin and even if tough conditions Captain Brandon was able to get us some. Seriously cannot recommend taking this trip enough, such a knowledgeable and kind Captain. The boat is so functional and comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

We went out with 6 people and had a great time! Maxed out on reds, capt put us on great spots and seemed like we didn’t stop reeling up rockfish to the point of some of us needing a break! First mate was terrific and knowledgeable, equipment was good and the boat was a beast and got you out and in quickly and comfortably. Recommend!

Great day on the water! Lucky B made memories that will last a lifetime. The boat and the crew were able to take three generations out and in 3/4 of a day put us on Bluefin in style. Everyone was well cared for, safe, and comfortable. Landing Bluefin bigger than my son... priceless.

Went out with 5 people for a half-day trip. Brandon and Jack were super helpful with everything. The boat is great and clean, and super quick. Caught way more fish than we expected including Red Vermilion Rockfish, White fish, and Chuckle-heads. Had a great time, next time we might book the Tuna Special!

My friends and I had an awesome experience on the Lucky B. Brandon and Jack are excellent guides. We were complete novices, and they were patient and extremely helpful walking us through every step of the way while providing friendly company. I will certainly book my next trip with them. The guys on Lucky B were fantastic! Not only were they knowledgeable and got us to where the fish were biting fast, they even accommodated all of us including the 8mo old and two year old! (The babies didn’t fish, [obviously] but loved seeing what we reeled in!) our 9 and 15 year olds have never been see sea fishing before and absolutely loved it! I would ABSOLUTELY do this trip again. And would even take a longer 1/2 or full day trip next time!
