    (4 Hour Trip – Multi-Species (AM))

    Had a great time!

My brothers and I took our dad out as a 70th birthday gift. Captain Eric made sure we had a great time. Went and caught a bunch of perch first jigging and my brother also got a walleye, then we moved and trolled awhile and caught some nice small mouth. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We definitely will be making plans for a walleye trip with him in spring.

Another great day on the water with Capt Kurt

My 34yo daughter was in town for a visit and I surprised her with a fishing trip. Capt Kurt and Brandon did a bang up job. Great conversation, very knowledgable, and fun. We caught smallies, perch, and sheepshead. An awesome day on Lake St Clair.

    (8 Hour Trip)

    Best family fishing trip ever

Our outing to Lake Winnebago was outstanding thanks to Capt. Ryan Foster. His boat and equipment made our 2 days with him perfect. He put us on fish both days, showed us what lures to use and how to fish them. The most professional and personable guide we have ever enjoyed being with. Thanks again Ryan for an unforgettable weekend

    Great Fun and Educational

Captain Quinn was an excellent guide. He was patient and showed us how to properly catch walleye. My husband loved talking with him about his live scope. I would highly recommend Captain Quinn for fishing on Long Lake!

Yellow Perch are classic North American Panfish that offer steady action and great table fare. They school up, bite year-round, and hit simple baits. Many anglers target them for relaxed days, easy hookups, and delicious fillets.

You can catch Yellow Perch with light spinning tackle and small jigs. Tip a jighead with a worm, minnow, or soft plastic. A slip float keeps baits near the bottom where Perch feed. Small spoons and blade baits work when fish are active. In winter, ice fishing with tiny jigs and micro spoons is a top method. Fly fishing with small streamers or beadhead nymphs can also produce in clear water.

Expect light tackle fun and lots of bites when schools move through. This is a great choice for kids, first-timers, and anyone who enjoys simple, hands-on fishing. Look for weed edges, drop-offs, and docks in lakes and slow rivers. Early and late hours often see the best action. Dress for the weather, bring sun protection and snacks, and pack a cooler with ice if you plan to keep fish where allowed. Many guides provide rods, tackle, and bait, but confirm what’s included before you go.

Regulations vary by location. Always check current local rules for licenses or permits, open seasons, and harvest limits. Follow size and bag limits, and know any gear or access restrictions before your trip.
