Trip Summary

We trolled for Northern Pike this morning on Lake Minnetonka. The weather was great and my clients did a great job. The biggest pike was just shy of 30" and stayed down deep till it got to the boat. They also reeled in a few bass before the trip was over.

Today we had a good day catching Northern pike and largemouth bass. My clients put 30 fish in the boat by the end of the trip. The pike have been hitting crankbaits being trolled on the weed edge.

Yesterday's trip the bass my clients caught were in 2-6' of water. They caught them on mostly wacky worms and chatterbaits. They caught a total of 58 bass in 8 hours with the biggest bass just shy of 20".

Today we hit the shallow weed beds and the pike were hitting hard. My clients put 30 pike and 3 bass in the boat on a 6 hour trip. Fun had by all.
