Trip Summary
Fishing close to submerged trees can be very productive, but it also comes with a lot of risk. Fish often gather around roots and branches for cover, so the bites can come quickly.
In this session, Sushi fished tight to the structure and had several strong bites. The challenge was getting the fish away from the trees before they could wrap the line around branches or break the leader.
This is a great example of Vietnamese pole fishing in a difficult spot where good positioning, fast reactions, and careful fish control make all the difference.
