    Caught several fish, was nice easy end of day fishing trip

    The good: * Not a crazy fishing trip. Just trolling along for Spanish Mackerel in the sound. Slow, calm, not a lot of bouncing or chasing. * that's ALSO the "downside" of the 2 hour end of day trip - it's more like a wind DOWN than a wind UP. E.g. VERY little interaction. Kids mostly got bored after about an hour and the first few fish getting caught Captain knew the stuff, but was... rather quiet. The one complaint was not a lot of interaction with kids or anyone there. Solid, drove the boat well, but... would have been nice to be more kid interactive on this. ONLY interaction was really more me helping kids real things in, and showing them the "fish they caught" which was more him catching them putting in the freezer. Still as said, nice guy, knew his stuff, knew the area, NICE clean boat, beautiful end of day trip.

    I was in the OBX for my wedding. Was wanting to go fishing with my family that was in from out of town. Last minute we were able to get a charter for Me, my dad, my brother and 3 son's. It was a beautiful morning, the captain was amazing and we caught fish. The price was right for a 4 hour charter. Will definitely do it again when I return.

    fish frenzy

    We had a great time! fished for red drum with no luck. then changed our approach and fish frenzy happen! fast as we could reel them in. Thanks captain, great job!

    i wasnt sure what to expect being our first fishing charter in OBX, even though we caught some mackerel, even if we didn’t catch anything the experience itself was awesome! the captain was educated and knew his stuff! will definitely be booking again in the future!!

    Lots of fun & fish!

    We had the best time on our 2 hour adventure with my parents, husband, and kiddos (11 & 7). Captain Edward was great with my kids and knew all the fishing spots. I highly recommend if you want to try charter fishing with kids but aren’t sure if they can handle 1/2 a day.
