Captain Joe showed up early to take my 14yo grandson and me out on Conroe in search of bass. We found bass, all over 2lbs, which was perfect for our needs and experience level. We are better anglers for what Captain Joe taught us in his laid back approach. Now i just call my grandson Mr. Bass Hammer. Thank you Captain Joe! 5 stars!! Chris Carey

    If you are serious about wanting to know the hows and whys of fishing, the reason this lure works and this one doesn’t, and so much more, then BOOK NOW. Yes you will catch fish, but you’ll walk away with the knowledge to be able to now catch them with consistency, that’s far better than just catching fish. He will explain things to you in a way that just clicks, it will all make sense. Let’s this man’s years of experience fishing be your classroom session. Best guide I’ve had on Lake Conroe and will most definitely book again !

    Joe kept us on fish all day, even with tough summer conditions. Awesome boat, gear options, and was very helpful explaining how and why. Would reccomend for any skill level, and looking forward to a return trip already!

    This man is extremely knowledgeable on everything fishing. He was a great communicator before during and after the trip. He truly wants you to end the day, a better fisherman and answered so many questions for me throughout the day. If you’re thinking about booking him do it, you won’t find a nicer man or boat!

    Joe was an eexcellent guide. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I picked up a few casting techniques and learned a great deal about fishing electronics. Unfortunately the fish were uncooperative. I would definitely rebook with Joe.
