    So much fun!

    I don't really fish but my 17 year old son wanted to go fishing. I was excited about spending some time with him, but it would not have been my activity of choice. However I loved it! So did he, but he knew he would. We both want to do it again. Joe was a great guide (and guy), and very understanding about my complete lack of knowledge and skill (and even when I accidentally swapped out my rod without realizing it). We both caught fish. I caught 2 and my son caught 5, including some pretty big bass. I sent the pics to family and I now plan to book again for a trip with my older son, who is apparently a bit jealous. Highly recommend!

    If you are serious about wanting to know the hows and whys of fishing, the reason this lure works and this one doesn’t, and so much more, then BOOK NOW. Yes you will catch fish, but you’ll walk away with the knowledge to be able to now catch them with consistency, that’s far better than just catching fish. He will explain things to you in a way that just clicks, it will all make sense. Let’s this man’s years of experience fishing be your classroom session. Best guide I’ve had on Lake Conroe and will most definitely book again !

    Joe arrived early and was a pleasure to be around. His boat is very nice and the electronics are first rate. Joe is very knowledgeable in using them and explaining how they work to locate fish. He took the time to show us how to use Live Scope and suggested many techniques and baits we had never considered using. I will definitely book with him in the future.

    great trip on Conroe

    We had great trip with Captain Joe on Conroe this morning. Caught some stubborn bass and Joe kept on some brushpiles. He supplied all the equipment we needed and took care of the fish. Highly recommend !

    Awesome Trip!

    Captain Joe put us on 21 bass during our trip! Joe and his boat and equipment were top notch. He got my 9 year old on a 6.7 pounder and my 14 year old a 5.2 pounder! I would book again! Thanks!
