July fishing trip
Started off by having 3 guys trying to throw trebble hooks at bunk for the first hour or two of the trip which was pointless and just asking for somebody to get a hook in the face. trolled for a few hours and nothing. headed inshore to bottom fish. captain wasnt very good with the inexperienced guys we had with. I really didnt agree with his tactics for fishing
Actually throwing treble hooks at bunker is a great way to catch Cobia and brown sharks. I try to get my folks to catch the biggest fish they can and that’s the way to do it. I’m sorry that you didn’t agree with my methods but I do this every day and have been successful for 42 yrs. as for inexperienced anglers, almost everyone who comes on my boat fits that description and they do well with instructions.let me see, we tried snagging and dropping, trolling,and bottom fishing. What more is there? If you had a problem, you might have said something so I could deal with it. I truly enjoyed fishing with your group.
