Local Swordfish 1/24/2026

Due to our local waters being unusually warm, the chance to catch pelagic fish this late in the "season" remains! After an hour run to the zone, we deployed two baits into the depths to start our first drift. Within 15 minutes of the first drift, our buoy fell flat on the surface indicating that we are bit. After a brief battle, we landed this beautiful swordfish with plenty of time left to catch another! This is what is happening right now!
