First annual birthday fiahing trip

4 of the 5 men/young men in the pic have May birthdays and we decided to do our first annual fishing trip. Don was great and we caught plenty of fish and got to keep plenty to eat.  We will be doing this again with Don and Luck O The Irish Fishing.

Amazing trip!

Captain Don did a fantastic job of putting us on the fish. Don did a great job explaining all of the fishing techniques and equipment to my son and I (a couple of fishing newbies). we stopped counting after 60 sand bass. We had a lot of keepers but were doing catch and release. From start to finish the experience the whole trip was easy and informative. Hreat fun and memories!

Great Day of Fishing

Captain Jonathan put us on to the sandbass!   it was my 7 year old grandson’s first fishing trip and he had a blast.  He caught his first ever fish within about 1 minute into the trip.  We will definitely do this again.

Don's not only a great fishing guide!

Half Day Trip - 3:00 PM on јануар 9, 2026 • 2 adults

Started out as a slow bite but Don moved around till he got us on the fish!  He is also a great travel agent he recommended the "The Texas Gun Experince" amd a stop at the local BBQ joint "Meet you anywhere BBQ" in grapevine.  Really good experience s at all the places that everyone on the trip will not forget!
