You’ll be cruising the lake aboard a 30’ Sportcraft, which is spacious enough to accommodate groups of up to 6 guests per trip. You’ll reach your fishing spot in no time. For an optimal catch, fish-finding equipment is also available.
This charter covers inshore, nearshore, and offshore areas of Lake Erie, including reef locations. You can target the mouthwatering walleye, which are available year-round. You can pursue these fish using light and heavy tackle, trolling, and drift fishing.
Don’t forget to acquire your Ohio fishing license before the trip, as the charter doesn’t cover it. Fishing gear, lures, and bait are provided. For a more comfortable trip, you can use the onboard toilet. What’s more, larger groups will have the help of a first mate at their disposal. Families with children are welcome.

When we brought our fish in to the local cleaning station we had the biggest and most fish by far. A couple days most groups struggled to catch any Walleye while we continued to enjoy excellent fishing. Captain Tom and crew were always fun, professional and easy to get along with. Even after 5 full days of fishing they were still happy to see us and worked hard to get us on the fish. The boat was excellent, comfortable and made poor weather and lake conditions very bearable. All equipment was in excellent condition. I typically prefer to fish out of my own boat but could not be happier to have chosen Captain Tom’s guide service. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a top notch fishing experience. They work hard to satisfy their clients.
