Darren and Cody were great. Boat and fishing gear were clean and well organized. They made sure the our boys wore life jackets and safety was priority. They were also meticulous about the deck being clean before and after all catches.
We had a mid-day trip and didn’t expect much action but each of our party reeled in a good catch. Of course it would have been great to have more on the line but they can’t completely control this. They did entertain our kids on the trip and educated us about the species and area. Looking forward to grilling and smoking our catch. We would book again!

Fun trip!
Evening 3 Hour Charter PM on јун 29, 2025 • 4 adults • 1 child
Our group (3 adults and 1 child) had a good time on the boat. We were able to leave slightly earlier due to an impending storm and the crew was ready to go. The first hour+ we caught nothing, BUT they were definitely trying! Cody even let my son help him on deck reel in so they could rebait or put away, my son loved it! When they were putting things away, we caught one!! My son (with Cody’s help) reeled in a whopper of an 11.5lb King Salmon!! It made his day!

It was a little rough out there and we certainly thought we could handle it but ocean roughness and lake roughness are a lot different. Definitely recommend taking Dramamine ahead of time. We cut our trip short due to us and not them. The guys were awesome. They work hard. We definitely caught some good fish and would have caught more had we not went back early. Would definitely do it again and recommend them

First Charter Trip with Kids

Darren was wonderful at communication and rescheduling our trip quickly due to terrible waves and weather the day we originally had scheduled.
Darren and Cody were great with our kids ages 8, 11 and 13! We booked a midday charter knowing that we might not get as many bites but ended up catching 6 and enjoyed every moment out on the water. Highly recommend Top Notch and we will be returning!

Caught our limit and had a great time!
5 Hour Trip Mid Day AM on јун 2, 2025 • 4 adults
Darren and Cody did a great job of getting us on the fish. We went on a midday trip as that was the best for our schedule knowing that it may not be as productive as a morning or afternoon trip. But they kept working to keep us catching fish and all 4 of our group got our limit and had a great time. Highly recommend and will be back the next chance we get.
