Shaun's Guide Service –Feather and Sac rivers
There's a fish with your name on it in Oroville and Shaun's Guide Service will help you catch it! Captain Shaun will be your guide, which allows you to benefit from years of sportfishing experience.
Top targets include Chinook Salmon, Striped Bass, and more if conditions allow. During the trip you might be light tackle fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Trips with Shaun's Guide Service are fun for all ages, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are also a good idea to stay fueled throughout your trip!
You'll step aboard a 20' center console with room for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
You need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don't leave home without bottled water, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
You could keep reading this, but wouldn't you rather be fishing with Shaun's Guide Service?
