Wishin' II 

There's a fish with your name on it in Playa Flamingo and Wishing I Was Fishing Adventures will help you catch it!

There's no guarantee when you're fishing, but just some of the species you can catch around here include Mahi Mahi, Yellowfin Tuna, Broomtail Grouper, Black Marlin, Sailfish, Roosterfish, Cubera Snapper, Rainbow Runner, Blue Marlin, and more, depending on the time of year. Depending on the species you're after, you may find yourself light tackle fishing, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Snacks are also a good idea to maintain your energy throughout the trip!

You'll be fishing aboard Wishin' II, a 40' Stamas center console with room for 8 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.

You will need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
