Salvora │ Blue Vilu Maldives welcomes you to the stunning waters of Malé.

These waters are home to Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna, Giant Trevally, Blue Marlin, Lobster, Warsaw Grouper,, Great Barracuda, and more, depending on the time of year.

Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available; otherwise, you should bring your own. Feel free to bring your own snacks – luckily, Capt. Ali will have some on board!

Your boat for the day is a 93' Cruiser with space for 16 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.

Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.

There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Mates often work for tips and it's customary to offer them a 10–20% tip.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

It's always wise to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation; just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks for you on board.
