Discover a quieter side of Hanoi on a freshwater fishing trip to local lakes, stocked ponds, or mountain streams in the Tam Dao forest area. Spend time by the water and try your luck fishing for Tilapia and Carp.

Depending on the location, you may use light tackle or try fly fishing.

Hand poles, floats, lines, and hooks are provided, so you’ll have the basic equipment ready when you arrive. Bottled drinking water and a local lunch are included, and stream trips also feature a BBQ.

Guests may keep their catch where lake rules permit. Catch and release is also available, depending on the rules at the chosen fishing spot.

Most guests travel independently to the agreed meeting point. Transportation with our guides may be available if arranged in advance.

Lure fishing is available on request. You’re welcome to bring your own lure tackle or arrange to rent equipment from us before the trip.
