Captain Tim was great with an incredible knowledge of the river and how to fish it! Catching and keeping fish was our goal and we were not disappointed! One away from our limit!  Captain Tim worked hard teaching one of us to fly fish and the other using a spinning reel.  We will be back and probably ready to get to the Quality Waters for trophy size fish.  Our captain learned to take the stringer of fish off the boat before putting it onto the trailer! It really was a great day!

Second trip w Tim.  Great booked him again today. Got a 24 inch Trophy Brown and 6 other Quality Trout including losing Huge Rainbow after 15 min fight. Tim clean cut Knowledgeable Great for a 88 year old hard of hearing Vietnam Vet or families. His roots are his Legacy as part of the Chavez San Juan family. Missed some initially as I was rusty. Released over 10 trout. At takeout hole kept 2 smaller ones to eat.  Highly Recommend Tim.

Amazing weather and time catching trout! Had only a afternoon trip booked but caught plenty of trout on the San Juan river. Would definitely come back and spend more time fishing with Tim. Highly recommend him!

Captain Timothy is a fantastic guide - patient and definitely know how and where to fish, and is willing to teach you.  Just an awesome trip with lots of fish!

Timothy was on time to start with. he took us out and with a quick lesson we were catching fish with in about 10 minutes. He was very attentive to us and showed us s great time. We caught like 20+ fish for our half day trip!
