Whether it be reef, light tackle, or deep sea fishing we cater to all needs. Another point worth mentioning is all fish caught on the fishing charter will be cleaned, gutted and/or fillet for guests. Expect tasty reef fish and invasive species in the mix. Common targets include Hogfish, Mutton Snapper, Cubera Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, Black Grouper, and Red Grouper. Many trips also focus on Lionfish and, in season, Spiny Lobster.
You will snorkel or free dive and use a Hawaiian sling or pole spear. Captains choose reef edges, patch reefs, and ledges with safe depth and light current. They brief you on breath-up, shot placement, and calm, quiet movement.
Trips range from quick half days to full-day hunts on multiple reefs. Beginners and families who are strong swimmers are welcome on many boats. Most crews provide gear, water, and a safety-first plan. Bring sun protection, a rash guard, a towel, snacks, and any required ID. Your captain can advise about cleaning your catch after the trip.
